Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between life coaching and therapy?
The primary difference between life coaching and therapy is the focus of the work. While therapy seeks to improve mental and emotional health by understanding patterns in behavior, often by delving into one's past and interpersonal relationships, life coaching is focused on setting forward-thinking goals and building the self-awareness and path forward to achieve them. While therapy is often a longer-term commitment, life coaching quickly empowers you with the tools to set and reach attainable goals .
